    Thank you for your interest in creating your portrait with Boriken Warrior Studios. You have chosen one of

the most unique  and distinguished photographic studios in the world and I do mean unique. If you have not yet done so, take a moment and peruse the site and in particular the "images" page . You will find that a portrait produced by Boriken Warrior Studios is a one-of-a kind event and experience which will be treasured by you and your loved ones for generations to come.

    Your specialized portrait will truly be something to share with friends and family.  First they will ask, "how could you even think of doing this?" and the second thing will be, "where can I get mine done"?

    Please read the below information for requirements and available packages.

What is required of you...

1) You must be 18 years of age or older and provide proof of age

2) You are required to sign a Participants Release Agreement which

indemnifies Boriken Warrior Studios should you be injured going to, from and during the photo shoot

3) A chaperone must accompany you and be present during the photo shoot. This can be a relative or friend. The chaperone must also sign a Participants Release Agreement as well as proof of insurance

4) You must provide transportation and lodging for yourself and chaperone

5) Communication is essential. If you have a situation and cannot comply with the date selected, it is imperative that you let me know so we can adjust the photo shoot accordingly

What Boriken Warrior Studios will do...

1. Do it's best to insure your safety and those accompanying you. But you must be aware that your portraits are produced on location in the jungles of central Puerto Rico. You may be in a controlled area or you may find yourself in very rough terrain. If not careful, you may be injured. Keep in mind that your portrait will be made just as those are for the Boriken Warrior models. Your portrait will be hard won but worth every drop of sweat and effort you have put into it.

2. Provide snacks and beverages. These will be very lite as the less we carry the better.

3. Transportation to the actual site if needed.

4. Provide paint, native clothing and jewelry should you desire it. We understand that you may simply want to have your image made without those items and that is easily accomodated.

5. Provide a portable dressing room. We realize that your portraits will be nude/semi nude but we have found from experience that our models still enjoy a private area where they can undress and prepare themselves. We assume you may desire the same thus the dressing room is provided for your convenience.

Notes:

1) A second person may be added to the photoshoot for an additional $250.00

2) Order must be paid in full at time of order. No refunds

3) Two re-schedules are permitted should the date you choose have to be changed

4) Should you include the Image Disc, all images can be reprinted in any manner and in any size for your private use only. Commercial use of images is prohibited

5) An additional Photo Album after the initial album is $250.00. Third and subsequent albums are $175.00

6) Hard Cover Photo Album consists of 20 pages, 18 of those with actual images of your photo shoot. The other two pages are reserved for titles, credits and copyright notices.

7) Prices do not include Puerto Rico State Sales Tax which will be added at the time you place your order
